Formwork for the piercaps. The main building columns are supported on groups of 4 and 5 straight shaft drilled piers going 50-ft below grade.

Wet conditions and a high water table required slurry at all piers, and delayed grade beam and pier cap concrete pours.

Steel erection for bays 1 through 4, approximately 1/3 of the whole 5 story office.

Note the double cantilevers at the second and third levels. The second level cantilevers support a roof terrace above the double height, glass entry space.

The third level also boasts a cantilever that supports additional office space and an eyebrow that partially protects the terrace below and provides support for the continuous three story curtainwall system above.
